Disable Multi-factor Authentication for Users

Disable Multi-factor Authentication for a User

Administrators can disable multi-factor authentication for a user.

  1. Click Manage Users.
  2. Select an Organization different from the organization logged into.
  3. Select a user for whom multi-factor authentication is enabled.
  4. Click Disable Multi-factor.
  5. The Confirmation dialog appears.

  6. Click OK.
