Add Users

Add a User

Administrators do not add users directly in Infinicenter Console. Rather, they invite users and assign to them permissions for the activities in Infinicenter Console. Invited users are sent an email with a unique registration token and instructions to complete their Registration online as an Enterprise Cloud user.

  1. Click Manage Users.
  2. If linked organizations, select an Organization.
  3. Click Add User.
  4. The Add New User dialog appears.

  5. Select whether a User is a Company contact or New user.

User Information

Company Contact

You need to select the user from a list of company contacts.

  1. Select User is a Company contact.
  2. Select a contact.
  3. User information supplied from the contact.

New User

You need to type the user information.

  1. Select User is a New user.
  2. Type a First name of Full Name.
  3. Note: First Name must begin with a letter, include at least 2 and no more than 50 characters, and cannot contain the following characters: !@#$%~^&*()|:;?<">,=.

  4. Type a Last name of Full Name.
  5. Note: Last Name must begin with a letter, include at least 2 and no more than 50 characters, and cannot contain the following characters: !@#$%~^&*()|:;?<">,=.

  6. Type a User Name, the email address of the user.

Multi-Factor Authentication

If the organization has unused multi-factor authentication licenses, the multi-factor section of the dialog appears. If the new user should use multi-factor authentication:

  1. Select an Enable Multi-Factor for User.
  2. Select a Country.

North American Numbering Plan

Many countries and territories participate in the North American Numbering Plan (NANP) for telephone numbers. For countries participating in NANP, the country code is assumed and the telephone number is in the format of {3 digit area code}-{3 digit exchange code}-{4 digit subscriber number}.

Note: For more information regarding NANP, see Multi-Factor Authentication.

  1. Select United States/Canada for Country.
  2. Type a Phone number.
  3. Type an Extension, if needed.

All Other Countries

For any country not participating in NANP, a country code is required and the telephone number is in a variety of formats.

  1. Select Other for Country.
  2. Type a Country Code.
  3. Type a Phone number.
  4. Type an Extension, if needed.

Permissions

Administrator Permissions

You can add a user with administrator permissions.

  1. Select a User Role of Administrator.
  2. Click Invite.
  3. The Successful dialog appears.

  4. Click Close.

Before the invitee is added as a user in Infinicenter Console, the invitee must complete Registration.

Other Permissions

You can add a user with other permissions.

  1. Click Icon: collapse tree to collapse a section.
  2. Click Icon: expand tree to expand a section.
  3. Select a User Role of Other.
  4. Select an Access Level for Organization Access.
  5. Select an Access Level for Environment Access for each environment to which the user needs access, if desired.
  6. Select an Access Level for Security Group Access for each security group to which the user needs access, if desired.
  7. Click Invite.
  8. The Successful dialog appears.

  9. Click Close.

Before the invitee is added as a user in Infinicenter Console, the invitee must complete Registration.
