Support Tab

Users can submit and monitor support tickets, and view support ticket details, from within Infinicenter Console.

Submit a Support Ticket

  1. Click My Account.
  2. Click Support.
  3. Click Submit New Ticket.
  4. The Send Support Request dialog appears.

  5. Use the outline to answer the questions with free-text.
  6. Click Submit.

View Support Tickets

Note: Closed support tickets are retained for only 90 days after the date they are closed.

  1. Click My Account.
  2. Click Support.
  3. All the Open tickets display in the top pane and the History of closed tickets display in the lower pane.

  4. Click the arrow in the upper right of either pane to collapse that pane, which frees screen space for the other pane.

View Support Ticket Details

  1. Click My Account.
  2. Click Support.
  3. Click the arrow in the upper right of either pane to collapse that window. which frees screen space for the other pane.
  4. Select a ticket Id.
  5. The Ticket detail dialog appears.

  6. Click OK to dismiss the ticket detail dialog.
